產(chǎn)品介紹

 Neomycin sulfate 是一種氨基糖苷類抗生素,通過核 30S 核糖體亞單位的不可逆結(jié)合發(fā)揮抗菌活性 (antibacterial),從而阻斷細(xì)菌蛋白質(zhì)的合成。Neomycin sulfate 是一種已知的磷脂酶C (PLC) 抑制劑。Neomycin sulfate 能抑制血管生成素的核轉(zhuǎn)位和血管生成素誘導(dǎo)的細(xì)胞增殖和血管生成。

敏感性: 對光和濕度敏感
儲存條件: 2-8℃
用途: 在沒有影響神經(jīng)元Na+/Ca2+ 反向轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)蛋白(antiporter)的情況下阻斷電壓靈敏的Ca2+ 通道。 結(jié)合到核糖體30S 和 50S 亞單位引起蛋白錯誤編碼;在蛋白合成起間抑制起始和延長。 抗菌譜: 革蘭氏陰性和陽性細(xì)菌。
