產(chǎn)品介紹

 β-D-glucan 是一種天然的不易消化的多糖,具有很高的生物相容性,可被識別受體,如 Dectin-1 和 Toll 樣受體選擇性識別,并容易被鼠或人巨噬細(xì)胞內(nèi)化。β-D-glucan 是益生菌的腸道輸送載體。

溶解性: S24487  酵母來源水可以溶解,S11183  燕麥來源水不能溶,可以使用DMSO溶解
儲存條件: 2-8℃
用途: β-D-Glucan is a biomarker for the fungal infection, candidiasis. In a clinical study β-D-glucan levels was found to have poβible usefulneβ in prediction of patient outcomes.
