    APES防脫劑又稱硅烷偶聯(lián)劑,應(yīng)用于礦物填充的酚醛、聚酯、環(huán)氧、PBT、聚酰胺、碳酸酯等熱塑性和熱固性樹脂,能大幅度提高、增強(qiáng)塑料的干濕態(tài)抗彎強(qiáng)度、抗壓強(qiáng)度、剪切強(qiáng)度等物理力學(xué)性能和濕態(tài)電氣性能,并改善填料在聚合物中的潤(rùn)濕性和分散性。是優(yōu)異的粘結(jié)促進(jìn)劑,可用于聚氨酯、環(huán)氧、腈類、酚醛膠粘劑和密封材料,可改善顏料的分散性并提高對(duì)玻璃、鋁、鐵金屬的粘合性,也適用于聚氨酯、環(huán)氧和丙烯酸乳膠涂料.在樹脂砂鑄造中,能增強(qiáng)樹脂硅砂的粘合性,提高型砂強(qiáng)度及抗?jié)裥?。在玻纖棉和礦物棉生產(chǎn)中,將其加入到酚醛樹脂粘結(jié)劑中,可提高防潮性及增加壓縮回彈性。在砂輪制造中,有助于改進(jìn)耐磨自硬砂的酚醛樹脂粘合劑的粘結(jié)性及耐水性。
