N-乙酰-L-半胱氨酸是抗氧劑和粘多糖類試劑。有報(bào)道稱能阻止神經(jīng)細(xì)胞凋亡,但卻誘發(fā)平滑肌細(xì)胞凋亡,阻止HIV復(fù)制??赡苁俏⒘sw谷胱甘肽轉(zhuǎn)移酶的底物。
