該產(chǎn)品在溶液中不穩(wěn)定,建議現(xiàn)配現(xiàn)用; 最大激發(fā)光波 (nm):684 最大發(fā)射光波 (nm): 710 產(chǎn)品描述 Cyanine5.5 NHS ester是用于標(biāo)記含有伯胺的多肽,蛋白和寡核苷酸的反應(yīng)性染料。 Cy5.5-NHS ester是一種近紅外熒光染料,能夠溶解在DMF和DMSO中,最大激發(fā)光和最大發(fā)射光分別在675 nm和693 nm左右[1]。該試劑不僅用于標(biāo)記含有伯基的分子,而且還用于標(biāo)記質(zhì)粒DNA [2]。在生物分子標(biāo)記中,該標(biāo)記試劑的水溶性較低,先使用有機(jī)溶劑溶解該分子對于高效標(biāo)記是必需的。首先,Cyanine染料應(yīng)該溶解在有機(jī)溶劑中,然后加入包含生物分子的合適緩沖水溶液中。 通過皮下移植腫瘤小鼠的光學(xué)成像,在0.5nmol Cy5.5-NHS注射后30min至24h,皮下U87MG腫瘤可與周圍背景組織明顯區(qū)分開來。 Cy5.5-NHS的腫瘤吸收在注射后30分鐘達(dá)到最大值,隨著時間的推移緩慢洗出[3]。 References: [1].
