產(chǎn)品介紹

能溶于水和酒精,在水中分解。易溶于堿性水溶液,并呈強列的綠色熒光消失,并析出沉淀,加堿后又溶解并出現(xiàn)熒光。難溶于丙酮,乙醚及石油醚。有吸濕性。性質(zhì)穩(wěn)定,在室溫下能保存 2 年以上,在低溫中可保存多年。最大吸收光譜為 490~495nm, 最大發(fā)射光譜為 520~530 nm 。呈黃綠色熒光

沸點: 708.6℃ at 760mmHg
溶解性: Soluble  in  DMSO  (5  mg/ml),  2-methoxyethanol(9  mg/ml),  acetone(1  mg/ml)  and  ethanol  (20  mg/ml).  It  is  soluble  in  water  at  less  th

用途: 蛋白熒光標(biāo)記試劑,也是醫(yī)學(xué)診斷藥物,主要用作熒光抗體技術(shù)中的熒光染料,能和各種抗體蛋白結(jié)合,結(jié)合后的抗體不喪失與一定抗原結(jié)合的特異性,并在堿性溶液中具有強烈的綠色熒光。用于醫(yī)學(xué),農(nóng)學(xué)和畜牧等方面,可對由地細菌病毒和寄生蟲等所致疾病進行快速診斷。
